A trusted legal partner for your projects
A lawyer at the Rennes and Paris Bars, I stand out as much for my expertise (20 years of digital, health and contract law) as for my personal investment in solve your innovation and compliance issues.
Legal director of a university hospital, then of the Digital Health Agency (ANS) until 2020, I am familiar with the challenges of a constantly changing sector: health data, sharing and hosting, European law, new digital tools (AI, telehealth, etc.).
I continue to follow and explain their multiple evolutions with passion and rigor.

Making the wisest decisions
A former DPO at the ANS, I have a thorough knowledge of the fabric of innovation and the companies that support it. This allows me to take a look pragmatic on the associated risks.
In a legal context that is sometimes labyrinthine, I quickly identify the different options to achieve your goals, and prioritize them according to your own criteria.
The variety of my contacts (management, CFO, marketing, legal, start-ups, large groups and institutions) nourishes my analytical and popularization skills. Far from the intimidating image of the lawyer who knows everything, I prefer a co-construction approach, where clear language and a local pedagogy allow me to talk to all trades.
I also support international projects thanks to my mastery of European law, English and German. Available, attentive and responsive, I see myself as an ally of your projects, operational as well as strategic.

And in the evening
I co-lead the “Health Data” group of the AFCDP (French Association of Correspondents for the Protection of Personal Data). I also teach at Rennes 1 University and at ESIR (Ecole Supérieure des Ingénieurs de Rennes). An educational background that allows me to build tailor-made training courses for my customers.
I am finally contributing to various specialized journals and publishes general legal articles on legislative developments and current issues.
